Ms. Kaselonis is a shareholder with the firm. Ms. Kaselonis’ trial practice focuses on the representation of property and casualty insurers in matters involving extra-contractual liability, coverage, and uninsured motorist law. Ms. Kaselonis regularly advises clients on coverage issues and provides claims counseling and litigation representation in matters involving commercial, personal, professional, umbrella, excess, and surplus lines of insurance. In addition to her first party practice, Ms. Kaselonis has handled the defense of third parties in litigation in areas involving wrongful death, catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, premises liability and construction defect.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kaselonis worked as a prosecutor at the Second Judicial District Attorney’s Office from 2011-2017. During her time at the DA’s office, she worked in the Metropolitan Court Division, Felony Domestic Violence Division, Felony DWI Division, and General Crimes Division. She prosecuted hundreds of cases ranging from DWIs to complex multiple co-defendant cases. Her experience includes numerous bench and jury trials.
