Professional Experience

Mr. Sanchez is an associate with the firm. Mr. Sanchez specializes in research, legal writing where he drafts appellate and trial briefs and complex motions on behalf of our clients. Mr. Sanchez concentrates his practice on civil defense in the areas of wrongful death, catastrophic bodily injury, medical malpractice, construction defects, premise liability, and insurance law, including first party defense of insurance bad faith/breach of contract claims.

Mr. Sanchez began his legal career as a law clerk for Chief Judge Michael E. Vigil of the New Mexico Court of Appeals. During his tenure, Mr. Sanchez drafted nearly two dozen opinions on various civil and criminal issues, including first-impression issues.

Mr. Sanchez has previously worked for both private law firms and the Appellate Division of the Law Offices of the Public Defender writing legal briefs supporting appeals in criminal and civil areas.
